Cozy’s Homestay is a commercial homestay project in Da Lat, Lam Dong, consisting of 20 units on a hillside site, delivered by FrameX under the CUSTOM package. This project required a high level of coordination in construction logistics, material transport, and repeatable execution across multiple units.
Each unit is one storey with approximately 25 m² per unit, across a land area of around 5,000 m². The central challenge was how to deliver the project quickly on a difficult site while maintaining consistency, order, and operational reliability.
FrameX implemented:
- Pre-Engineered Steel Structure (PEB)
- PU-core panel envelope for thermal insulation
- Modular execution to accelerate delivery
- Optimized logistics through lightweight materials and repeatable processes
For multi-unit projects, standardization is critical. FrameX organized the project with a module-based approach to improve speed, reduce rework, and support efficient long-term operation.
