FrameX was founded from a clear observation: many projects fail not because of material or skill shortages, but because the structure, envelope and waterproofing are fragmented across too many parties — leading to misalignment, blame-passing and compounding risks.
01 · Where we started
From real site experience, not theory
FrameX's founder came from years working hands-on with steel structures — townhouses, villas, F&B outlets, homestays, commercial projects. Through that experience, it became clear that the intersections between structure, insulation and waterproofing are where risks most often begin — and where control is weakest when work is split among separate contractors.
