DNA Factory is a 3,000 m² industrial project in Dong Nai delivered by FrameX under the CUSTOM package. The project was organized around a coordinated structure-and-envelope approach to support schedule, durability, and long-term operational efficiency.
FrameX’s scope includes:
- Structural steel
- Sandwich panels
- 48kg/m³ glasswool roof insulation
- Roofing sheets
The scope was clearly defined from the beginning, helping the client manage schedule and material expectations more effectively. For industrial buildings, strong coordination between the steel structure and the envelope helps improve usability and reduce execution risks.
