Giàu’s Villa is a premium villa project in Dong Anh, Hanoi, delivered by FrameX under the PREMIUM package. The project was guided by a simple principle: a high-end home should not only feel refined at handover, but also remain stable, comfortable, durable, and easy to maintain over time.
The building comprises two floors and approximately 150 m² per level. For premium residential architecture, execution quality must go beyond construction accuracy — it must also support thermal comfort, envelope stability, and dependable waterproofing across vulnerable areas.
FrameX delivered the project using its 3-in-1 framework:
- Pre-Engineered Steel Structure (PEB)
- Thermal envelope configured for the Premium package
- Integrated waterproofing for roof, balconies, terraces, bathrooms, and wet areas
- Deck / reinforced concrete slab as designed
The project was managed through QAQC and ITP control, with water testing completed prior to acceptance and clear material documentation maintained throughout delivery.
