Gold Coffee is a commercial hospitality project in Da Lat, Lam Dong, delivered by FrameX under the CUSTOM package. For a project of this type, technical execution must support a commercial goal: opening on time, operating smoothly, and performing reliably in a humid, rainy climate.
The building has two floors and an approximate floor area of 250 m² per level, with a delivery timeframe of around 2.5 months. The client’s main concerns were schedule certainty, correct execution for commercial use, and strict control of critical junctions such as roof-to-wall interfaces, balconies, and wet areas — especially in Da Lat’s climate conditions.
FrameX delivered the project through an integrated system:
- Pre-Engineered Steel Structure (PEB)
- Thermal envelope configured to the project
- Integrated waterproofing using the approved material system
- Water testing before acceptance when site conditions allowed
The project’s strength was its attention to detail at every interface, allowing the team to maintain both delivery speed and operational reliability.
