Mai’s House is a villa project in Bao Loc, Lam Dong, delivered by FrameX under the 3-in-1 framework to improve construction speed and reduce waterproofing risks from the start.
The project has two floors and a floor area of approximately 135 m² per level, with an implementation period of around 3 months. The client’s priorities were fast delivery, controlled budget, and minimal variation. The narrow-alley site also required careful logistics and crane planning.
FrameX delivered:
- Pre-Engineered Steel Structure (PEB)
- Waterproofing for the roof, bathrooms, terrace, and balcony
- Deck / reinforced concrete slab as designed
The project was controlled through coordinated shop drawings, ITP, and water testing before acceptance to ensure reliable quality and stable performance.
