NGON’s Restaurant is a high-end restaurant project in Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City, delivered under the CUSTOM package. For commercial buildings like restaurants, the key requirement is not only to build correctly, but to deliver on time, operate reliably, and reduce maintenance risk after launch.
The project includes two floors and a total area of approximately 350 m² per level, with an implementation period of around 90 days. The client needed the building ready for operation on schedule while maintaining strict control over areas that are typically exposed to higher risk, including the kitchen, balconies, and rooftop.
FrameX delivered the project with:
- Pre-Engineered Steel Structure (PEB)
- Area-based waterproofing in critical zones
- Deck / reinforced concrete slab as designed
- QAQC / ITP / Water-test quality control
Although the project included a variation order, all changes were documented transparently and managed without compromising the overall project objective.
