Nha Trang Restaurant is a commercial project delivered by FrameX with the goal of creating a refined, efficient, and reliable operating space.
FrameX approached the project through its 3-in-1 philosophy, integrating:
- Pre-Engineered Steel Structure (PEB)
- Thermal envelope configured for operational needs
- Integrated waterproofing in critical areas
- Deck / reinforced concrete slab as designed
The project required a careful balance between construction speed and long-term performance. As a high-use restaurant environment, key zones such as the roof, balcony, kitchen, and structural interfaces had to be controlled from the outset.
FrameX organized the delivery as one coordinated system to reduce conflicts between trades, minimize variation during construction, and ensure stable operation after handover. Quality control was maintained through QAQC and ITP, with critical stages verified before moving forward.
