Tue Townhouse is a high-end townhouse project in Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City, delivered by FrameX under the 3-in-1 framework — a unified approach for projects that must balance construction speed, operational quality, and long-term durability.
With two floors and an approximate floor area of 80 m² per level, the project was delivered under the BASIC package and guided by a clear brief: complete the building quickly, maintain strict cost control, and minimize waterproofing risks at sensitive areas such as the roof, terrace, bathrooms, and balconies. The narrow-alley site also required a carefully managed construction sequence and logistics strategy.
