Tuệ House is a high-end townhouse project in Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City, delivered by FrameX under the 3-in-1 framework. The project was shaped around three core objectives: faster delivery, cooler operation, and stronger long-term durability.
With two floors and an approximate floor area of 80 m² per level, the project was executed under the BASIC package. The client’s priorities were clear: complete the home efficiently, maintain cost discipline, and minimize waterproofing risk at key areas such as the roof, terrace, bathrooms, and balconies. The site also sits within a narrow alley of roughly 6 meters, requiring careful logistics and precise construction planning.
FrameX approached the project as one integrated system:
- Pre-Engineered Steel Structure (PEB)
- Thermal envelope configured for the BASIC package
- Integrated waterproofing for critical exposed and wet areas
- Deck / reinforced concrete slab as designed
The value of the project lies not only in the structural solution, but in how FrameX aligned the entire building system from the outset, reducing interface conflicts between structure, envelope, and waterproofing. Quality was controlled through QAQC and ITP, with water testing completed before acceptance where applicable.
