The thermal envelope is a key part of FrameX’s design philosophy. A high-quality building should not only look strong and refined — it should also feel comfortable to live and work in, especially in hot-humid climates like Vietnam. That is why FrameX configures the envelope to reduce heat gain, improve comfort, and support lower operating costs.
Depending on the project and package, FrameX may apply PU/PIR panels, ALC, XPS, EPS, or other suitable insulation systems. The goal is to control thermal transfer, improve indoor comfort, and help the building perform efficiently over time.
